Delivery and Pick Up
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- Delivery to customer directly; or
- Pick up.
Delivery or pick up will take place at an agreed date and time. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times and dates do not include public holidays.
Delivery only available in and around the Geelong region.
Delivery Cost
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition for the price of the goods you purchase. Prices as follows:
- Within a 15km radius of Drysdale – $10
- Between 15km and 30km radius of Drysdale – $20
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or person due to you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please ensure your order is placed 7 days prior to the delivery or pick up date.
